The building’s brightly painted exterior commands attention from the roadway, while a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 4:12 pitch provides protection for stored goods from above.

Additional steel storage building features include an eave gutter along two sides of the structure and 300 linear feet of downspouts distributed across 30 locations that help control the flow of water and keep it from pooling around the building’s foundation. A 90-mph wind speed rating serves as another supplemental feature included in consideration of the distinct seasonal weather differences and building code regulations currently in place across the region.
