Building Specification

Standing 40’x60’x10’ in size, the metal pet resort features top-of-the-line steel construction and delivers the energy efficiency such a business demands. Within its roof and walls, it contains four inches of insulation, which helps muffle barking and other noise while allowing pets and employees to stay cool and comfortable, despite South Carolina’s variable climate. A white metal roof with a high 4:12 pitch guards against corrosion and the elements from overhead, expanding the building’s open interior and enhancing its cute, cottage-like appeal.

Additional stylistic elements include a glass storefront and two additional glass lobby windows, which give the pet inn’s welcome area a bright, airy look and feel. The building’s exterior awning also provides shade for a couple of chairs set up outside.
