Metal Panels

If none of our standard wall or roof sheathing options meets your design requirements, you can always customize the metal panels we use for your steel warehouse building. We offer a wide range of panel styles, colors, and gauges, so you can choose the option that meets your specific design needs. 

Our customization options for metal panels can help you add a distinctive look to your warehouse building as well as provide additional strength and durability. Our metal panels are available in 24 and 26-gauge thicknesses in white and galvalume. You can also choose from ten colors available with a 25 to 40-year warranty.

Framing 

We offer a variety of different framing options that you can choose from. The framing option you choose will depend on the specifics of your steel warehouse building kit. For example, if you’re working with a smaller budget and you don’t necessarily need a completely clear interior space, then a multi-span frame might suit your needs. If you plan to add a second floor within your warehouse building (such as for office space), then a multi-story mezzanine frame is probably the best fit. Other framing systems we offer include gable, single slope, monitor, clerestory, lean-to, straight column, and gambrel frames, to name a few.

Foundation

Although we do not build foundations for our clients, we will work closely with your foundation engineer to ensure they have the technical specifications to do the job correctly. Our steel warehouse kits typically require a pier, perimeter, or monolithic foundation.
