It also features a number of elements and customizations that help prevent moisture from collecting on the roof or near the foundation of the building, among them an eave gutter along two sides, a 120 linear-foot valley gutter and 120 linear feet of downspouts across five locations. An 80-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional enhancement added with respect for the building codes currently in place at the jobsite.
