Reliable Steel Buildings for Religious Purposes
Often the first choice among buyers looking to erect buildings to use for religious purposes, pre-engineered metal buildings make ideal houses of worship thanks to their affordability, versatility and easy adaptability. Available with high ceilings, altars, choir rooms, youth rooms and numerous other features common in houses of worship, steel churches, synagogues and other religious buildings provide comfortable, multifunctional spaces congregations can utilize for a wide range of purposes.
This particular steel building originally housed Oak Grove’s Assembly of God, but the United Korean Church purchased it later on and continues to utilize the space today. Situated next to the Fort Campbell army base in southwestern Kentucky’s Christian County, Oak Grove is part of the Clarksville, Tennessee metropolitan area. The area sits just outside Hopkinsville, Kentucky, and about 11 miles from Clarksville, Tennessee.
Standing an expansive 112’x154’x18’ in size, the building features premium-quality steel construction and the high ceilings often desired by buyers looking to utilize buildings for religious purposes. Equal parts attractive and accommodating, the metal church offers ample curb appeal, and its exterior is a combination of Cinnamon Brown and Stone Beige, while its rugged Galvalume roof features White trim and has a 2:12 pitch.
Spacious, versatile and easy to maintain, the steel church building offers ample room for church services and community events, and it maintains its aesthetic appeal and functionality over time while requiring little more than an occasional exterior power wash. Additional church features added with respect for the climate characteristics of the region, and with regard for local building code requirements, include a 90-mph wind speed rating and a 15-psf snow load.
