Joe Ratto, Owner of Funk Dairy Farm needed a metal shop building to accompany his dairy farm. He wanted a place to store tools and equipment along with a functional working area. In business for over 23 years, Joe needed additional space to meet the needs of business growth.

Building Specifications
Sunward Steel supplied a 50’x60’ metal shop to meet his needs. The agricultural building is stone beige with a galvalume roof. The building contains two 14’x14’ overhead framed openings and a 24’x24’ overhead framed opening. 6’’ insulation also borders the facility for temperature control. The facility is also designed to withstand 21 psf snow loads and 115 mph winds.
