Included are (2) 6070 openings housing (2) 6070 commercial walk doors, (1) 3070 opening harboring (1) 3070 commercial utility walk door, (1) 30’x18’ opening enclosing (1) 30’x18’ overhead door, and (1) 20’x16’ opening equipped with (1) 20’x16’ overhead door. Additional key characteristics include a 44’x60’ mezzanine and 6” of R-19 insulation within the store’s roof and walls, which reduces energy bills while keeping the store and repair center suitable for year-round use. A 30-psf snow load and a 90-mph wind rating serve as additional features added with regard to Montana’s building code requirements.
