Steel Warehouse & Office Building in Lincolnton, North Carolina

A family-owned residential and commercial contracting company needed a building to house business operations and showcase its design capabilities, and Sunward Steel delivered, sending this custom metal building to Lincolnton, North Carolina, in April of 2022.

Ultra-modern inside with a vibrant, striking exterior, the steel shop and office building features superior craftsmanship throughout and spans 8,750 square feet. A metal awning with wood beams creates a shaded entryway and covered seating area while boosting curb appeal, and stone veneer wainscoting adds another aesthetic touch to the outside.

The steel shop and office building’s wide clear span made for easy design flexibility, allowing for the addition of a fireplace, a kitchen and reception, conference, office and waiting areas. The other, partially enclosed section of the building houses the shop area, providing plenty of space for shelving, storage, lifts and even a ping-pong table.

A true testament to just how far steel construction has come in terms of aesthetics and functionality, this metal commercial building has become a point of pride for both the business owners and members of the surrounding community. d residential and commercial contracting company needed a building to house business operations and showcase its design capabilities, and Sunward Steel delivered, sending this custom metal building to Lincolnton, North Carolina, in April of 2022.
