Stash & Dash Storage, a small town storage facility, was expanding and was in need of a new storage building. The owners chose a Sunward Steel Building product and together designed a new storage structure fit for any southern spring chicken. This pre-manufactured steel building kit was manufactured at our South Carolina factory and from our Rockford production line. Manufactured with a neutral preppy beige wall color matched with a crisp and clean white trim package that correlated perfectly with the existing structures on the campus.

Stash & Dash Features

The roof of the Stash & Dash storage building also features an anti-corrosion galvalume roof, a design feature requested by the client for maximum solar reflectivity, which added value to the overall energy envelope.

Other climate-related customizations that keep the self-storage building compliant with relevant building codes include an 80-mph wind speed rating and a 10-psf snow load.
