Sunward Steel was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered metal mini storage building, sending the prefab building kit to Pierce, Nebraska, in late February 2024.

Featuring 20 storage units for rent in three different sizes, the self-storage facility has high ceilings that allow for the storage of vehicles, boats or RVs in addition to traditional home goods or work supplies. Black in color with matching trim and contrasting Sunset Orange mini storage doors, the building has a modern, eye-catching look, and all 20 storage units allow for drive-up access, increasing convenience for renters.

Included with the building order and used to divide the inside of the mini storage building into individual rental units are heavy-duty 29-gauge partitions, and each unit allows for private entry through a roll-up mini storage door.
