The hangar’s wide clear span covers 3,000 square feet, housing about three small, single-engine aircraft comfortably while keeping them out of the elements and humidity. Fiberglass insulation blankets line the metal building’s roof and walls, with 4” of fiberglass insulation in the walls and 6” of it in the roof creating a comfortable, energy-efficient environment ideal for storing planes or helicopters.

The insulation blankets have WMP-VR facing on the interior side, giving the hangar a bright, finished look, and 6” sticky tabs hold the blankets together, making a continuous seam that helps prevent air leaks. There are also five large windows that let in natural light, improving visibility and ambiance during the daytime.
