Key features and customizations include (1) 10’x40’x4’ (2:12) monitor, which gives the building a traditional barn design, thanks to a raised center section and a cupola, and (1) 6’x40’x11/12’ (2:12) lean-to porch. The horse barn also contains (1) 3070 walk door system and several enhancements made in consideration of local climate characteristics and building codes, among them a 90-mph wind speed rating and a 20-pound snow load.
