Sunward Steel fabricated and supplied this metal mini storage building for a client in Saint Anthony, Idaho, in the spring of 2022.

The building now houses Tri Peak Storage, which offers car, boat and RV storage solutions as well as fully enclosed drive-up units for renters with traditional storage needs. The steel building’s 24 storage units generate steady rental revenue for the owner, while Polar White exterior paint and attractive Ash Gray accent trim give the business nice street appeal.

Designed with a high snow load to enhance safety and functionality during winter weather, this durable mini storage building provides reliable protection for stored items, no matter the season.

Building Specifications

Constructed using rugged, 26-gauge steel parts, the mini storage building is 40’x100’x8.5’. Its roof has a slight 0.5:12 pitch, and inside, 29-gauge steel partitions separate the interior into 24 separate storage units. Each spacious unit has plenty of room for personal belongings, furniture, seasonal items, and other goods. It comes with a private 9’x7’ roll-up door for easy access and secure storage.

Engineered for the variable climate of St. Anthony, the mini storage building has a 105-mph wind speed rating and a 35.8-psf roof snow load. Located in Fremont County in eastern Idaho, St. Anthony lies about 10 miles north of Rexburg and about 70 miles from the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park.
