Prefabricated Steel Agricultural Buildings in Shelton, Washington

Sunward Steel was the proud manufacturer and supplier of four pre-engineered steel agricultural buildings, sending the partially assembled building kits to western Washington in August and September of 2025.

The four identical metal buildings have wide clear spans, creating open, unobstructed floor space ideal for growing operations, agricultural production, equipment storage and related use. Leased to other entities in the area with agricultural interests, the 4,950-square foot buildings also generate steady revenue for the owner, who collects a monthly or annual fee in exchange for their use.

Attractive on the outside and durable and versatile on the inside, the buildings have Hunter Green exterior paint and Charcoal Gray exterior trim that blend well with the surrounding natural setting. Each also has a corrosion-resistant Galvalume Plus roof offering steady protection from the Washington elements.

While all four buildings currently serve agricultural and farming purposes, they’re also inherently flexible, making them well-suited for tenants across a wide array of industries. If the owner wanted to convert them to traditional storage buildings or another type of structure sometime down the line, their adaptable layouts make it possible to accommodate changing needs without making major adjustments or overhauls.

Modern, easy to assemble and built to last the long haul with minimal maintenance, these four metal agricultural buildings function as reliable, low-maintenance assets that can generate income for their owner for years to come.

All four metal farm buildings are 33’x150’x16’ in size and have high ceilings that create plenty of space for vertical growth. The buildings’ roofs have modest 1:12 pitches, and the complex also has six 4070 commercial walk doors allowing entry inside.

Designed to meet all applicable building codes, all four steel buildings also have 110-mph wind ratings and 25-psf snow loads.
