Building Specifications

Comprised of heavy-duty, top-of-the-line steel parts, the metal building boasts a finished size of 30’x40’x16’, and it features high clearance that enhances versatility and a broad clear span that eliminates interior supports, thereby freeing up more usable interior space.

Burnished Slate in color, the steel building has a complementing Dark Green roof with matching trim and a 2:12 pitch sitting overhead, which provides optimal protection for building users and stored materials while guarding against corrosion and the elements.

Key features include (8) 5’x8’ translucent hi-rib panels, (3) 3070 walk door openings housing (3) 3070 complete walk door systems and an 80-mph wind speed rating; the last of which was an inclusion made in accordance with local building code requirements. Several additional customizations that help prevent water from collecting on the building’s roof or near its foundation include an eave gutter and 90 linear feet of downspouts.
