Beyond its practical features, the steel warehouse’s exterior features striking Hunter Green paint and complementing Polar White trim that blend seamlessly with the building’s natural surroundings. Building Specifications

Constructed from rugged, 26-gauge hi-rib steel panels, this metal building is 60’x120’x16’ and features high ceilings that provide additional room for storage or other use. Overhead, a hardy Galvalume Plus steel gable roof with a 2:12 pitch offers reliable protection from the elements, helping prevent rain or snow from making its way inside and compromising the metal building’s integrity.

The building has (5) access points, which include (3) 3070 commercial walk doors and (3) 14’x14’ overhead doors. Other notable customizations include an 8.78-psf wind load and a high, 48.4-psf roof snow load, which make the building well-equipped for life in Quebec’s variable climate.
