Metal Mini Storage Complex in Ellington, Connecticut

As the population of Ellington, Connecticut, grows, so does the demand for storage space in the area. Sunward Steel sent three metal mini storage buildings to Ellington in June of 2022, helping fulfill the mounting need for self-storage in the community.

Each steel mini storage building houses 20 storage units, with the entire business offering 60 storage spaces for customers to store their belongings securely. Each renter enjoys ‘round-the-clock access to his or her storage unit through a private mini storage door, and each unit has convenient drive-up access, streamlining the process of storing or retrieving items.

Durable and practical, the steel buildings also have visual appeal thanks to Saddle Tan exterior paint and complementing Polar White trim. Engineered to stand strong against the hazards of life in the northeast, they also comply with local building codes, increasing the safety and security of everything kept inside
