Modern Steel Mini Storage Building in Maywood, Missouri

Fabricated by Sunward Steel in August 2022 for a client in Maywood, Missouri, a modern, durable metal building is now a state-of-the-art self-storage facility.

Part of JJS Modern Properties, LLC, the mini storage building serves the needs of local residents by giving them a secure, all-season space to keep furniture, clothing, holiday décor and other items they don’t need to access immediately.  The new-construction self-storage building has 44 individual storage units inside, each separated by heavy-duty 29-gauge steel partitions for added security and privacy.

Boasting a striking, professional outward appearance, the building has Saddle Tan exterior walls accented with Rustic Red trim. A rugged steel roof with a slight 0.5:12 pitch protects stored goods from the elements, and DripStop pre-applied to the roof panels keeps condensation from forming underneath, ensuring items stay dry and protected year-round.

Durable, aesthetically appealing and thoughtfully designed, the mini storage building gives the owner an effective way to generate passive income while serving double-duty as a reliable storage solution for the community.
