2-Building Steel Mini Storage Complex in Albany, Wisconsin

Sunward Steel fabricated a pair of pre-engineered metal mini storage buildings for a self-storage business in Albany, Wisconsin, in mid-January 2023.

Supplied for use by M4 Storage, a self-storage facility offering 24-hour drive-up access and 110 storage units for rent, the buildings are well-suited for Wisconsin’s long winters and heavy snowfall and generate a steady stream of rental income for the business owner.

Both buildings boast modern, professional designs, with Charcoal Gray walls and Ash Gray mini storage doors adding to their exterior appeal. They also have DripStop roof moisture barriers and DripX condensation control pre-applied to their roof panels, protecting renter goods by preventing moisture from making its way inside.

Heavy-duty 29-gauge steel partitions separate the interiors of each building into individual storage units, and each renter enjoys private access into his or her rented unit via a roll-up mini storage door. Durable and well-designed, these buildings are a great resource for community members looking to downsize, store seasonal items or secure extra storage space for personal or business use.
