Supplied in the spring of 2024, the metal shop and garage spans 2,223 square feet and can accommodate multiple vehicles while leaving plenty of room for tools, storage or project space. Great for protecting cars, RVs, ATVs, ride-on lawnmowers, boats and other assets from fire, theft, pests and the elements, the metal shop and garage arrived at the residence already partially assembled, paving the way for a fast, smooth construction process.

Galvalume Plus exterior walls and eye-catching Hawaiian Blue architectural trim add aesthetic appeal to the outside, while the shop’s wide clear span allows for any number of different vehicle or storage configurations. A 12’x12’ overhead door creates easy access inside, while the metal building’s rugged Galvalume Plus roof resists corrosion and has a modest 1:12 pitch.

Engineered with a 115-mph wind load, a 36.1-psf roof snow load and a 43-psf ground snow load, the personal shop and garage provides dependable, year-round protection for vehicles, equipment and everything else stored inside.
