Additional accommodations made in consideration of the typical climate patterns and the heavy seasonal snowfall the area typically receives include a 75-psf ground snow load and a 130-mph wind load. The metal storage and maintenance building also boasts gutters and downspouts, which divert water away and help prevent damage related to corrosion.
