Boasting an attractive, Royal Blue exterior, the mini storage building is comprised of heavy-duty, 26-gauge steel components and stands 30’x140’x10’ when raised. The roof of the storage building is comprised of hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel paneling and has a 1:12 pitch and White trim that enhances the business’s curb appeal.

Each storage unit has its own mini storage door so that renters have individualized access, and other notable customizations include an 85-mph wind speed rating. The latter enhances the storage facility’s structural integrity with respect for the typical climate and wind patterns of the region, and it also allows the building to maintain compliance with applicable building codes.
