A Trusted Supplier of Steel Government & Municipal Buildings
Economical, sustainable and highly customizable, metal municipal buildings are becoming increasingly popular in numerous communities across Texas and the nation, many of which are grappling with tight budgets and timelines. Generally cheaper and easier to raise than alternative construction options, steel government and municipal buildings also offer low lifelong costs of ownership because they aren’t typically susceptible to damage caused by wind, rain, heat and other hazards.
This particular prefabricated steel firehouse has served as the department’s home for 22 years, and it will likely continue to serve an important role in the department’s fire suppression and other efforts for generations to come.
Part of Cherokee County, in eastern Texas, Gallatin is a sparsely populated agricultural community that covers less than 5 square miles. The area sits about 6 miles north of Rusk and about 123 miles southeast of Dallas.
