Building Specifications

Offering optimal strength and durability, the steel shop and office building stands 28’x20’x17’ once raised, offering high overhead clearance that can accommodate lifts and similar equipment. Brown in color, the shop and office has a broad, clear-span design that maximizes floor space by eliminating interior obstructions, and its roof is White in color and has a mild 2:12 pitch. The roof and wall colors nicely complement one another, giving the building a professional, aesthetically pleasing appearance that draws the eye from the roadway.

Engineered for use in Pennsylvania’s variable climate, the steel auto repair shop and office features several customizations that enhance durability and adhere to local building code requirements. Such additions include a 90-mph wind speed rating and a 30-psf snow load.
