Sunward Steel Buildings, Inc., was pleased to fabricate and supply this pre-constructed metal church building on behalf of New Life United Pentecostal Church in Broken Bow Oklahoma.

Currently, the building is in use as the congregational meeting building of the church and it sits directly across the alley from the church’s main brick sanctuary, constructed in 1976. Attractive and multifunctional, the building is an integral part of the surrounding community, as parishioners and community member use it for a wide range of functions and purposes. Serving as children & teen activities, special services, including weddings, garage sales, holiday get-togethers and more.

Building Specifications

Constructed using commercial grade steel components, this annexed building offers unparalleled structural integrity, standing strong when faced with inclement weather, pests, heavy winds and similar construction dangers. Once erect, the church stands 40’x80x16’’ in size, and it features a cool Misty Grey exterior that draws the eye from the gravel road and enhances overall curb appeal & dual sided street portfolio.

The canopy is comprised of durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal with a handsome Burnished Slate trim package and a 2:12 pitch. Design accommodations made in compliance with local building codes and with respect for the climate characteristics of Norwich and the surrounding area include a 90-mph wind speed rating and a 7-psf snow load.
