Building Specifications

Comprised of commercial-grade steel components, Riverton’s Maurices retail store stands 85’x65’x15/15.5’ in size and features an attractive tan exterior with complementing green trim. Overhead, a hardwearing roof comprised of corrosion-resistant Galvalume panels offers a 12:12 pitch, further preparing the retail store for life in Wyoming’s variable, often-unpredictable climate.

Additional features include 6 inches of WMP-VR faced insulation in the store’s roof, which keeps energy bills low for building owners while keeping shoppers and staff comfortable, regardless of season. Sturdy, secure and easy to maintain, the building offers easy adaptability, should the need arise to expand its size, and it also maintains its exterior aesthetic appeal through the years while needing little more than an occasional power wash.
