BOWMAN, NORTH DAKOTA STEEL WELDING SHOP ADDITION
Sunward Steel Buildings, Inc. was the manufacturer and provider of this prefabricated metal building in Bowman, North Dakota, in December of 2010.
Purchased as an addition to an existing shop owned by Randy’s Welding, Inc., a Bowman-based, family-owned business operated by brothers and certified welders Brad and Chad Hlebechuk, the building features top-of-the-line steel construction, providing a durable, secure work environment for users. The inside of the building houses the business’s steel, aluminum, stainless steel and cast iron welding operations, and it also serves as a storage area for an extensive inventory of welding materials and supplies customers can purchase through Randy’s.
Steel Shop Details
Durable and built to last, the building addition features an unobstructed, clear-span design suitable for storing large trucks and welding equipment. It stands 60’x87’x16’ in size, while its blue exterior and complementing white trim match that of the existing shop building.
Rugged, secure and energy efficient, the steel welding shop makes for an ideal workspace, and a high-performance insulation package helps keep energy bills low and workers comfortable, regardless of North Dakota’s sometimes-extreme temperatures. In its roof, it features 6.5” of insulation, while another 4” of insulation line the walls.
