Multi-Use Metal Building in Hurricane, Utah

Designed by Sunward Steel in May 2023 for erection in scenic Hurricane, Utah, this pre-engineered metal building meets the diverse needs of its owner, featuring plenty of room for vehicles as well as ample space for tinkering and storage.

Durable, low-maintenance and attractive, the multi-use metal building’ expansive storage area spans two levels. The building also features a man cave inside, offering a cozy retreat for relaxation or leisure. Crafted with the area’s hot summers and high temperatures in mind, the building incorporates a variety of design elements that enhance comfort and efficiency.

Strategically placed small windows high up on the walls allow natural light to flood in, illuminating the interior while keeping the space cool and inviting. A vapor barrier under the building’s cement floor prevents moisture from making its way into the concrete, and R-19 insulation in the walls, ceiling, and garage doors further enhances energy efficiency and sustainability by optimizing internal temperatures and minimizing energy consumption.

Sleek, modern and inherently quiet inside, the metal building features superior craftsmanship, meticulous attention to detail and a wide range of custom features that make it a standout addition to the local landscape.
