Steel Airplane Hangar at Lompoc Airport in Lompoc, California

Sunward Steel manufactured a steel hangar for the Lompoc Airport in Lompoc, California in December of 2013.

Rene Minjares worked with Sunward Steel to design a custom airplane hanger for the local airport in Lompoc. The airport needed additional space to house planes and aircraft equipment. Considering the location was often open to the public while hosting community events, such as the Toys for Tots fundraiser, Rene wanted a professionally designed hangar that could be presented proudly to the city.
