All building components arrived at the building site precisely labeled to streamline the erection process, and once standing, the building boasts a finished size of 30’x50’x16’. It features a spacious, clear-span design with high ceilings, making it suitable for RV storage, while a hardwearing Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch offers protection from above.

Among the steel garage’s key characteristics are (3) framed openings, which include (1) 3070 opening with full trim enclosing (1) 3070 commercial walk door, and (2) overhead openings, each equipped with one of (2) insulated overhead sectional doors. The combination shop and garage also features 4” WMP-VR faced insulation within its walls, which boosts energy efficiency and helps make the building more suitable for year-round functionality. Additional customizations made with regard to the area’s typical weather and climate patterns and the building codes in place in the region include a 124-mph wind speed rating and a 35-pound snow load.
