Prefabricated Steel Mini Storage Building in Osborne, Kansas

Sunward Steel manufactured and supplied a custom metal mini storage building for a business owner in Osborne, Kansas, sending the pre-engineered steel building kit to the client in June of 2023.

The mini storage building has 15 spacious storage units available for rent inside, allowing it to generate a steady stream of rental income for the business owner. All 15 units offer convenient drive-up access, simplifying the process of storing and retrieving possessions for tenants, and heavy-duty 29-gauge steel partitions separate each storage unit from the next.

The self-storage business has nice curb appeal thanks to a combination of Light Stone walls, Burnished Slate trim and White mini storage doors, and each rentable storage unit offers private access through a mini storage roll-up door. The building also features a number of thoughtful enhancements and customizations, including DripStop condensation control pre-applied to the roof, helping prevent moisture from seeping in and damaging items or compromising the integrity of the building.

Designed to house everything from machinery and furniture to sports equipment and seasonal items, this rugged, low-maintenance self-storage building can accommodate any number of different storage needs, making it a great resource for residents of north-central Kansas who lack the storage space they need at their homes or businesses.
