When the owner of Precision Air, a Scottsbluff, Nebraska-based residential and commercial heating, cooling and refrigeration company, needed more space to store supplies and support business operations, he ordered this pre-engineered Sunward Steel metal building to meet the company’s growing needs.

Delivered in February 2023, the rugged, multifunctional steel building gives the owner another 3,500 square feet of flexible interior space he can use to house HVAC equipment, tools and other business assets while keeping everything safe and protected from the elements. The sturdy, fire- and weather-resistant steel building also has high ceilings, allowing for plenty of additional vertical storage. Designed for heavy usage, the building has two points of entry, which include a traditional personnel door and a large overhead garage door that makes it easy to load and unload HVAC equipment and supplies.

Functional on the inside and attractive on the outside, the metal storage and shop building has Rustic Red exterior paint and complementing Saddle Tan trim, while its roof is comprised of rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel panels.
