Affordable, Adaptable Shops, Garages & Industrial Buildings

Because of their economical and versatile nature, prefabricated metal buildings are a common choice among those looking to become landlords and earn income through renting commercial properties. Rugged, durable and highly resistant to damage caused by wind, snow, termites and other construction hazards, steel workshops are also easily customizable in terms of insulation, lighting, ventilation, work bays, windows and more, making them ideal work environments for many types of businesses.

This particular steel shop provides a steady stream of revenue for the owner by serving as a rental, and the building itself is easily adaptable, should the need ever develop to expand or change its size. Situated within southwestern Massachusetts’ Pioneer Valley, the city of Westfield is a part of Campden County. Part of the Springfield, Massachusetts Metropolitan Statistical Area, Westfield sits just south of Southampton, just north of Southwick and just east of Russell.

Additional key features and characteristics include several accommodations made in adherence to local building codes, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 35.5-pound snow load.
