Typically raised within days, rather than weeks or months, these buildings arrive at a customer’s build site in carefully labeled, partially assembled packages, streamlining the construction process while reducing construction-related expenses.

This particular building has served the needs of the surrounding farm property for about 17 years, maintaining its good looks, functionality and structural integrity extremely well over time. Situated along the west branch of the Floyd River, the city of Maurice is part of northwestern Iowa’s Sioux County. It sits about 37 miles outside Sioux City and about 13 miles north of Le Mars.
