Economical, Sustainable Steel Building Solutions

This commercial building is the second Sunward Steel building purchased by CAM Services, with the first erected in Denver, Colorado. This Nebraska headquarters allows the growing commercial and residential property maintenance company to expand its operations beyond metro Denver while maintaining the same level of consistency and professionalism that has kept CAM in business for more than 30 years.

A sparsely populated community located within western Nebraska’s Garden County, Oshkosh sits just north of the North Platte River. It lies about 42 miles northwest of Ogallala and about 32 miles northwest of Big Springs.

Building Specifications

CAM Services’ rugged, low-maintenance steel commercial building stands 42’x40’14’ upon erection, and it features an attractive, Stone Beige exterior with an accompanying Dark Green trim. Versatile, durable, and easily adaptable, should business owners need to expand the space, the steel building requires very little in terms of upkeep, typically needing little more than an occasional power wash to maintain its exterior appeal.

It also features several inclusions made with respect for the climate patterns common in and around Oshkosh, an area prone to distinct seasonal weather and temperature differences, among them a 25-psf snow load and a 90-mph wind load. The commercial structure also boasts 6-inch snow gutters, which help prevent structural damage and provide an additional level of protection from the Nebraska elements.
