Sunward Steel Buildings, Inc. was pleased to manufacture and supply this pre-engineered steel shop building on behalf of a client in Arvada, Colorado, in May of 2011.
Currently, it serves as Timeless Horsepower, a highly ranked automotive restoration service and dealership that specializes in buying, restoring and selling virtually all makes and models of muscle, classic and collectible cars.
Building Breakdown
Manufactured exclusively on American soil and comprised of the highest-quality steel components, the prefabricated metal shop building has an attractive, Stone Beige exterior and now serves as a garage and automotive service and restoration center. It boasts a finished size of 40’x80’x14’ and features a versatile, clear-span design, while a hard-wearing steel roof made of rugged Galvalume metal sits overhead, offering a 3:12 roof pitch.
Engineered with the strength and durability a Colorado business demands and designed to adhere to local building codes, the steel garage features a 110-mph wind speed rating and a snow load of 30 pounds. A total of (6) framed openings serve as additional metal building characteristics, among them (2) 3’4”x7’2” openings enclosing (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk doors, (2) 16’x12’ openings enclosing (2) 16’x12’ overhead doors and (2) 6’x4’ framed openings with full trim enclosing (2) 6’x4’ windows.
