Steel Parking Canopy Specifications
Exceedingly durable and easy to erect, this pre-engineered steel canopy has open walls, stands 40’x125’x12’ and primarily houses the automotive fleet of Rainbow Ryders’ Albuquerque location. Offering unmatched structural integrity, the roof-only steel building creates a safe, secure place to store vehicles while keeping them out of the intense sunlight and other climate-related hazards associated with life in central New Mexico.
While mostly used for automotive storage, this metal building also sometimes houses hot air balloons, themselves, and it has high overhead clearance that allows it to accommodate stored vehicles and assets in a broad range of sizes. Misty Grey in color, the steel canopy boasts an attractive and eye-catching exterior, and its corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof has White paint, matching Misty Grey trim and a mild 1:12 roof pitch.
Other notable customizations include a 90-mph wind speed rating and a 20-psf snow load. These additions enhance the canopy’s strength and durability while keeping it compliant with applicable building code requirements.
Affordable, Sustainable Steel Canopies & Covers
Offering an economical, lower-maintenance alternative to traditional wood construction, steel canopies and covers often undergo use as automotive, boat or aircraft storage facilities. Ideal for residential, industrial and commercial applications, open-walled steel covers and canopies are easily configurable in terms of size, roof height and other areas, giving buyers an opportunity to customize theirs in accordance with their specific storage or other needs.
New Mexico’s most populated city, Albuquerque is part of north-central New Mexico’s Bernadillo County. The Sandia Mountains sit just east of the city, and nearby communities include Rio Rancho, Los Lunas and Moriarty.
